From Test Cooking to a Moment of Indulgence

At the Gröbming Culinary School, regional ingredients meet creative culinary art: new dishes are developed in collaboration with 4-toque chef Richard Rauch and the region’s mountain hut owners. After being tested in the kitchen, these dishes are served at 17 selected mountain huts in Schladming-Dachstein—a unique culinary experience featuring regional ingredients, creatively reimagined.
