How regionality and creativity can be combined on the plate has been impressively demonstrated by award-winning chef Richard Rauch together with 17 businesses from the region for five years now. In his "Almkulinarik", familiar flavors meet refined sophistication: The newly composed dishes at the participating huts show how regional ingredients, craftsmanship and culinary passion become unique taste experiences.
